COMBAT staff factory visit and study

In order to improve employees' business ability and provide customers with first-class products and services, Compote's foreign trade department organized factory tours and learning activities. On the morning of August 27, under the leadership of the company's technical director Zhang, the old and new colleagues of the Ministry of Foreign Trade began to learn the process of molybdenum products.

The first stop to visit is the reduction section. In the low-temperature furnace, the raw material ammonium molybdate undergoes a series of reactions to obtain molybdenum dioxide, and then undergoes high-temperature reduction to obtain 99.95% molybdenum powder. The molybdenum powder is sieved to obtain powders of different particle sizes, and the powder mixing makes the particle distribution of the molybdenum powder more uniform. The next steps are pressing and sintering. After the molybdenum powder with a certain particle size is pressed in a hydraulic press or a cold isostatic press, it is sintered in an intermediate frequency sintering furnace, and the density of the molybdenum product is significantly improved after the above consecutive steps.

Afterwards, colleagues from the Foreign Trade Department came to the rolling section workshop. After the processing of large rolling mills and water jet cutters, the product specifications and dimensions were one step closer to the requirements of the end customer. The last stop is the wire drawing workshop, where several wire drawing machines are lined up according to their models and are running in an orderly manner.

After a morning of study, the colleagues of the Foreign Trade Department expressed that they have benefited a lot.
