To enhance team collaboration and employee well-being, Luoyang Combat Tungsten & Molybdenum Materials Co., Ltd. organized the first batch of team-building trips in mid-September—an eight-day tour in Guizhou. The journey allowed employees to unwind amid landscapes and cultural experiences, fostering cohesion through shared joy
The itinerary featured iconic sites like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Qianhu Miao Village, and Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. At the thunderous Huangguoshu Waterfall, employees gathered for group photos, captivated by its majestic "milky-way-like" plunge. In Qianhu Miao Village, they immersed themselves in stilted architecture and traditional dances, bonding over hands-on ethnic activities. While hiking the emerald trails of Xiaoqikong, colleagues offered mutual support, strengthening camaraderie amid nature’s serenity

Beyond the vistas, local cuisine became a highlight. Employees savored unique flavors like fish mint hotpot, crispy sha, beef noodles, and sour-sweet prickly pear fruits. These culinary experiences not only delighted palates but also created warm moments of connection, bridging personal distances through shared meals
Employees expressed that the trip was more than a retreat—it was a morale-boosting initiative that deepened their sense of belonging. They pledged to channel the revitalized teamwork and enthusiasm into their work, contributing to the company’s growth with renewed energy.
